We are adaptive creatures.
We normalize everything.
We normalize environments.
Patterns.
Thoughts.
Emotional states.
Behaviors.
Belief systems.
Cultural rituals.
Language.
Stress.
Scarcity.
Urgency.
Even suffering.
Not because these things are inherently “natural.”
But because repetition creates familiarity.
And familiarity often becomes identity.
🔥
You know how you get to
a state of normalization, right?
Practice.
◦
We practice all day long.
Most of the time unconsciously.
We practice rushing.
We practice reacting.
We practice stress.
We practice checking our phones every few minutes.
We practice expecting bills.
We practice apologizing for ourselves.
We practice waiting for weekends to feel alive.
We practice exhaustion so consistently that many people now call it adulthood.
😭🔥
We practice living in mental prisons
and call it responsibilities.
Repetition creates rhythm.
Rhythm creates familiarity.
Familiarity creates comfort.
Comfort creates a known recognizable feeling.
And that feeling,
whether aligned or not,
often becomes identity.
🌱
The nervous system often confuses
what is familiar
with what is safe.
🔥
Which is why many of us remain
in stress,
exhaustion,
scarcity,
emotional suppression,
and survival patterns
long after the soul desires something different.
This is why we:
stay in stress
repeat patterns
fear change
sabotage expansion
This is why:
freedom can feel unsafe
abundance can feel suspicious
peace can feel “boring”
chaos can feel alive
Many of us are not truly chasing money.
🔥
We are chasing
what we believe money will allow us to feel.
Spaciousness.
Relief.
Safety.
Security.
Choice.
Support.
Freedom.
Permission to finally breathe.
⚡
Let’s be honest,
money is freedom
wearing a money costume.
This is what we have
practiced and known for oh so long.
◦
Normalization Works Both Ways
🔥
If we can practice stress,
we can practice peace.
If we can practice scarcity,
we can practice abundance.
If we can practice exhaustion,
we can practice rest.
If we can practice self-criticism,
we can practice self-love.
If we can practice fear,
we can practice freedom.
🔥
The body learns through repetition.
The nervous system learns through repetition.
The subconscious learns through repetition.
We become familiar with
whatever they consistently
choose to experience.
🌱
This is why environment matters.
The conversations around you matter.
The media around you matters.
The language around you matters.
The energy around you matters.
The rituals around you matter.
Your environment,
and the relationship you cultivate with it,
is always teaching your body
what to normalize.
All ways in all ways.
It is a part of what we cultivate,
whether consciously or not.
The beautiful thing about normalization
is that it works in all directions.
🔥
If stress can become normal,
peace can become normal.
If scarcity can become normal,
abundance can become normal.
If exhaustion can become normal,
rest can become normal.
If self-criticism can become normal,
self-love can become normal.
If fear can become normal,
freedom can become normal.
⚡
The body learns through repetition.
The nervous system learns through repetition.
The subconscious learns through repetition.
🌱
Not only through thoughts.
But through lived experience.
Through atmosphere.
Through environment.
Through relationship.
Through ritual.
Through emotion.
Through rhythm.
Through breath.
Awareness Is Key
🔑
Bringing the breath into the light.
Bringing awareness into the moment.
Bringing consciousness into the unconscious.
🔥
Noticing the patterns.
Noticing the rituals.
Noticing the rhythms.
Noticing the environments.
Noticing the emotional states
we have normalized for so long.
🌱
Because awareness itself
begins changing the relationship.
We cultivate through repetition.
Through atmosphere.
Through exposure.
Through relationship.
Through what we repeatedly allow ourselves to feel.
🌿
The body begins learning:
“This too is safe.”
“This too is possible.”
“This too can be normal.”
◦
Rehearsing Survival
🫠
We became so good at rehearsing stress
that many of us now run daily cortisol marathons
and call it productivity.
😭🔥

If we can become that good at rehearsing stress,
it is about time for us to rehearse feeling
Joy
Love
Supported
Abundant
Free
Excited
We can give ourselves
the permission to
Slow down
Feel good
Relax
Rest
Stop rehearsing survival
Trust
Thrive.
🔥
Many of us became so practiced
in survival
that thriving began to feel unfamiliar.
🌱
Not impossible.
Just unfamiliar.
And unfamiliarity
is often mistaken for danger.
We can BREATHE.
It’s ok.
Give it a shot.
Give It A Go
🫁
Feel free enough to
take a deep breath right now.

In this moment
No really.
A full one.
Let your shoulders soften a bit.
Unclench your jaw.
Relax your forehead.
Notice your breath.
Notice the space around you.
Notice the sounds around you.
Feel the sensations in your body.
Notice that this moment
is not demanding that you suffer.
It is simply asking for your presence.
🔥
Look around the room you are in.
What have you normalized here?
Stress?
Clutter?
Noise?
Rush?
Stimulation?
Survival?
🌱
Move something.
Open a window.
Light a candle.
Step outside.
Put on music that softens your body instead of tightening it.
Create even a small pocket
of the energy you wish to cultivate.
BA-LOOM. 💐
◦
Practice feeling supported.
Practice receiving.
Practice slowing down long enough
to actually experience your life.
Practice joy without immediately waiting for something bad to happen.
😭🔥
Because so many of us do exactly that, subconsciously.
Pause for a moment.
Feel your body.
Notice how often
it has prepared itself
for stress automatically.
🔥
Notice how deeply practiced
survival has become.
🌊
Now imagine,
even for a few breaths,
what thriving might feel like instead.
The now moment is where all practice happens.
Tomorrow never arrives.
Yesterday only exists as memory.
But now…
Now is here.
Now is alive.
Now is where rhythm changes.
Now is where new patterns begin.
Now is where freedom can be rehearsed.
Now is the moment that creates all moments.
Now, please,
take this moment
as a gift.
We will call it a present.
Take this present moment,
and practice whatever calls to you.
Cultivate your desires.
This scroll will be here
when you are ready to return.
◦
The E-X-T-R-A Ordinary
😭⚡️
We have a fascinating habit
of calling things “Woo”
right before they become normalized.
The extraordinary often remains extraordinary
only until enough of us experience it repeatedly.
Then we just take off the
E-X-T-R-A
and keep it moving.
◦
Many things once called impossible
eventually became normal.
🔥
Flying through the sky.
Speaking to someone across the planet instantly.
Carrying tiny supercomputers in our pockets.
Watching moving images from thousands of miles away in real time.
Artificial intelligence.
Wireless energy transfer.
Virtual reality.
Space travel.
🌱
At one point,
many of these things were considered fantasy.
Impossible.
Dangerous.
Taboo.
Witchcraft.
Or…
Woo-Woo.
😭🔥
We often reject unfamiliar ideas
not because they are impossible,
but because they interrupt
the current rhythm of normal.
🌊
Our imagination
has always been reaching ahead of itself.
🌌
Many realities are imagined
long before they are experienced.
Long before they are accepted.
Long before they are normalized.
🔥
Imagination is not escapism.
It is pre-experience viewing.
Meditation was once considered strange.
Now millions practice it
with documented effects
on collective reality.
Breathwork was once “Woo-Woo.”
Now nervous system regulation
is becoming mainstream.
Frequencies affecting matter
once sounded ridiculous.
Now science openly explores resonance,
vibration,
and energetic influence.
Psychedelics once sat almost entirely in the shadows.
Now they are being revisited
through medicine,
therapy,
and consciousness exploration.
🔥
Humanity continuously expands
what it considers possible.
Which means reality itself
is not fixed
as many once believed.
Perhaps evolution is not merely
about surviving longer
or finding new ways
to do the same things.
Perhaps it is also about
expanding what we allow ourselves
to perceive,
experience,
feel,
imagine,
and become.
We are capable of far more
than many were taught to believe.
On a seemingly ridiculous level.
🌌
Intuition.
Energetic sensitivity.
Deep states of presence.
Heightened awareness.
Nervous system coherence.
Synchronicity.
Profound healing.
Expanded creativity.
Conscious imagination.
Emotional intelligence.
Relational depth.
Embodied peace.
⚡
Many of these things
were once dismissed,
mocked,
or misunderstood.
Some still are.
😭🔥
But we have always expanded
what we consider possible.
◦
Every “generation” inherits a version
of what reality is “supposed” to be.
What is “normal.”
What is “realistic.”
What is “possible.”
And every “generation” eventually stretches beyond it.
🌱
At one point,
we believed flying through the sky
was impossible.
Now people complain about the Wi-Fi
while doing it.
😭🔥✈️
At one point,
talking to someone instantly
across the planet
would have sounded like sorcery.
Now people do it while sitting in traffic.
📱🌍
At one point,
many of us believed stress,
burnout,
and survival
were simply unavoidable parts of life.
Perhaps that normalization is changing too.
⚡
Perhaps humanity is not merely evolving technologically.
Perhaps we are evolving emotionally.
Energetically.
Relationally.
Consciously.
🌌
Perhaps the next great expansion
is not only external.
Perhaps it is internal.
A remembering.
A reconnecting.
A re-sensitizing
to parts of ourselves
that were never truly gone.
🔥
Humans often label unfamiliar experiences as fantasy
until repetition turns them into culture.
🌱
Meditation was once considered strange.
Now millions practice it.
Breathwork was once heavily dismissed.
Now humans are rediscovering
the direct relationship
between breath,
emotion,
awareness,
and nervous system regulation.
Energy healing,
sound healing,
frequency work,
conscious movement,
plant medicine,
expanded states of awareness,
and emotional intelligence
are all slowly moving through the same doorway:
⚡
From “Woo”
to “normal.”
Practicing New Realities
✨

What if we began practicing
the feeling of living differently?
🌌
Not merely surviving differently.
Not merely consuming differently.
But existing differently.
Relating differently.
Creating differently.
Cultivating… differently.
🔥
What if abundance became so normal
that scarcity felt ancient?
What if clean water became so protected,
respected,
and naturally available
that polluted water felt unthinkable?
What if healthy food simply became food?
😭🔥
(Seriously… a “health food” aisle?
What exactly is the rest of the store implying?)
What if we practiced the feeling
of true freedom so consistently
that control structures
could no longer root themselves
into the collective nervous system?
🌱
What if rest became normal?
What if peace became normal?
What if emotional intelligence became normal?
What if clean oceans became normal?
What if we stopped creating mountains of waste
simply to briefly consume convenience?
What if reverence for Tara Nova
became normal?
What humans call “impossible”
often says more about current normalization
than future possibility.
🌌
Flying cars.
Free energy.
Star travel.
Interdimensional movement.
Communication beyond language.
Relationships with star travelers.
Relationships with elemental intelligences.
Mythical beings revealed as misunderstood realities.
Expanded human perception.
Conscious technologies.
Healing frequencies.
Living architecture.
⚡
Many things remain impossible
only until consciousness grows large enough
to hold them naturally.
◦
Perhaps the future is not only built
through action.
🌌
Perhaps it is also cultivated
through imagination.
Through feeling.
Through resonance.
Through practice.
🔥
We continuously rehearse realities
before fully stepping into them.
Individually.
Collectively.
Emotionally.
Energetically.
⚡
The body can begin learning
new possibilities gently.
🌱
Not through force.
Not through fear.
Not through survival.
But through repeated experiences
of peace.
Freedom.
Expansion.
Joy.
Trust.
Connection.
Possibility.
We cultivate energetic bandwidth
for realities
we once thought impossible.
The more we normalize
love,
peace,
freedom,
emotional intelligence,
clean living,
conscious relationship,
and expanded awareness…
the easier these realities become
to root into collective experience.
🌍✨
Perhaps many realities
are waiting patiently
for us to practice feeling ready for them.
🌌
One breath.
One choice.
One moment.
One new rhythm at a time.
🔥
So perhaps it is time
to consciously practice
the realities
we wish to live in.
Because our reality
is a culmination of
what we practice
and Practice Makes Normal.
