NOT ABOUT MONEY

May 26, 2026

You can tell a lot about someone…
by how they feel when money is mentioned.

Not just what they say.
But what they feel.

Their tone.
Their body language.
The way their energy shifts.

The way our energy shifts.

Do we contract…
or expand?

Do we light up…
or tense up?

What is our relationship with it… really like?

The Relationship

You see,
money isn’t stressful.

For most…
the relationship to it is.

And that relationship…
is rarely questioned.

But maybe it’s time.

Or maybe… it has been for a while.

Still, everything unfolds in its own way.

Maybe it’s time to examine money…
not as something outside of us,

but as something that reflects
how we relate to our own energy.

Maybe it’s time to look at:

What it is.

What we’ve made it.

Or… more accurately,
what we’ve allowed it to become.

Our relationship with it.

And what happens
when we begin to see it differently.

The Stories We carry

The stories we carry about money…

the ones we tell,

and the ones that have been told
for generations.

It’s worth noticing…
not all families tell the same stories.

Some grow up hearing
that money doesn’t grow on trees…

even while walking past banks with branches

and physical money being made from…

trees.

Some are taught to keep money moving…
to let it circulate,
to let it attract more of itself
over time.

Some are taught
that money follows education…

yet that same education
rarely teaches how to relate to it,
grow it,
or move with it.

Some are taught to be careful…
to save for a rainy day.

And on an energetic level…
that expectation
has a way of being met.

There’s a story that we’ve all heard
… a phrase, really …
ā€œMoney is the root of all evil.ā€

But money… isn’t the root of anything.

It doesn’t create.

It reveals.

Yep. Yep. Yep.

What Money Reveals

It amplifies what’s already there.

Characters.

Habits.

Natures.

Wounds.

Money is a symbol of energy.
And for us…
it reflects far more
than we often realize.

There is an energetic flow to all things…
and money is no different.

That’s why it’s called currency.
Current.
Sea.
Movement.
Flow.

It moves.

It circulates.

It responds.

Not just to effort…

but to relationship.

To how we feel about it.

To what we expect from it.

To what we believe is possible with it.

A kind of frequency…
whether we’ve ever thought of it that way or not.

And maybe…
there’s more to that
than we’ve been led to believe.

Not in some hidden, mysterious way…
but in a very visible one.

The kind that’s been right in front of us
the whole time.

The Pattern

The environment we’ve been part of
has had a very particular rhythm.

One that gently… and sometimes not so gently…
nudges us toward more.

More doing.
More ā€œearning.ā€
More spending.
More needing.
More wanting

Not necessarily because something is missing…
but because that movement
keeps everything turning.

And it works.
Very well.

There’s a certain rhythm we’ve grown used to…

one that keeps us moving.

Doing.
Earning.
Wanting.
Reaching for more.

It gets us to act.
To reach.
To fill.

And over time…
that feeling can become so familiar
it starts to seem like truth.

But familiarity…
doesn’t make something true.

It just makes it practiced.

And practice makes normal.

When it is made normal,

It becomes an identity.

Money… in this light…
is less of a thing…
and more of a language.

A way energy communicates
through form.

It moves
where it’s welcomed.

It lingers
where it feels safe.

It multiplies
where it’s allowed to circulate.

And just as quickly…
it contracts
where it’s feared,
gripped,
or pushed away.

Not as punishment…
just as a mirror.

There’s something else worth noticing…

Not as something to resist…
but something to understand.

The environment we’ve grown within
has not exactly been designed
for a deep, peaceful relationship with money.

The Feeling Beneath
In many ways…
it thrives on the opposite.

A quiet sense of ā€œnot enough.ā€

Not enough time.
Not enough security.
Not enough to feel at ease.

And when that feeling is present…
consumption feels like relief.

Buy this.
Upgrade that.
Keep moving.
Keep reaching.

Consume. Consume. Consume.
Because what we have is not enough.

Not because something is wrong with us…
but because we’ve learned
to respond that way.

Over time…
that pattern becomes familiar.

And what’s familiar…
starts to feel true.

And what we call a ā€œmoney problemā€ā€¦
begins to look a lot more like
a relationship built
on the feeling of not enough.

And this isn’t something
that belongs to one group of people.

It’s not limited
to those who feel
they don’t have enough money.

Because the feeling of ā€œnot enoughā€ā€¦

has very little to do
with the amount.

Someone can have very little…

and feel open…
trusting…
at ease.

And someone else…

can have more than they ever imagined…

and still feel
like it’s just out of reach.

From a car…

to a better car.

From a home…

to a bigger one.

From enough…

to ā€œjust a little more.ā€

And then a little more
after that.

Not because something is wrong…

but because the feeling underneath
hasn’t changed.

And when that feeling remains…

the next thing
rarely feels like enough either.

Because ā€œnot enoughā€ā€¦
doesn’t measure what we have.

It shapes how we experience
what we have.

Nothing changes
If nothing changes

And when the experience doesn’t shift…

the accumulation alone
doesn’t resolve it.

Which means…

this isn’t about
getting more.

It’s about
relating differently
to what already is.

A wound…
that money didn’t create.

But one it reflects
with incredible precision.

It moves
where it’s welcomed.

It lingers
where it feels safe.

It multiplies
where it’s allowed to circulate.

And maybe…
that’s where things begin to shift.

Not by trying to fix money…

but by noticing
what we’ve been relating to
this whole time.

Because if money reflects…

then what we’re seeing
isn’t just about money.

It’s about us.

Our expectations.
Our patterns.
Our sense of enough…
or not enough.

Which makes something interesting to consider…

If money is responding
to relationship…

then what exactly
have we been relating to?

And maybe…
that’s only part of it.

Because money doesn’t just reflect
how we relate to it…

it also expresses
through us.

An energy…
moving through form.

Taking shape
in the way we create…
the way we give…
the way we receive.

The things we build.
The experiences we choose.
The moments we say yes to…
and the ones we turn away from.

Not separate from us…

but moving with us.

Responding…
and expressing…
at the same time.

What We Allow

And if it moves through us…

then maybe it’s worth noticing…

what we’re allowing.

And what we’re not.

Not in a way that needs to be fixed…

just… seen.

Felt.

Do we allow it
to arrive…
without tension?

Do we allow it
to stay…
without needing to control it?

Do we allow it
to move…
without fearing where it’s going?

Or…

does something tighten…

even slightly…
when it begins to show up?

Because sometimes…

it’s not that money isn’t there…

it’s that something in us
isn’t open to receiving it.

Or keeping it.

Or letting it flow.

And underneath that…

there’s often a feeling.

Quiet…
familiar…
easy to overlook.

A sense of…
not enough.

Not enough to relax.
Not enough to trust.
Not enough to feel at ease.

And when that feeling is present…

everything begins to organize around it.

And maybe…
just for a moment…

we can feel into something else.

Not merely think about it…

but actually feel it.

What would it feel like…

to have enough?

Not someday…

not eventually…

but right now.

In your body.

In your breath.

In your nervous system

In this moment.

No chasing.
No proving.

Just… enough.

Notice what softens.

Notice what opens.

Notice what no longer feels urgent.

Because that feeling…

that sense of enough…

it doesn’t just change how we feel.

It changes how everything moves.

What we choose.

What we say yes to…
and what we no longer need to chase.

And from that place…

something becomes easier to see.

Something that may have been there
the whole time.

Let’s Be Clear

The idea of
ā€œmaking moneyā€ā€¦

starts to look a little different.

As if something so fluid…
so responsive…

is simply created
through effort alone.

And effort…

has its place.

Creation moves through action.

Expression takes form
through doing.

But effort…

has quietly become
a measure of worth.

Work harder.
Earn more.
Prove your value.

As if worth
was something to be accumulated…

instead of something
that was already there.

As if worth
is external…

Rather than innate.

But from the feeling of enough…

that equation…

doesn’t quite hold
the same weight.

Because when there is enough…

there’s less to prove.

Less to chase.

Less to force.

And what begins to emerge…

is a different way of relating.

Not to money alone…

but to energy itself.

Which raises a quiet question…

If money responds to relationship…

and moves through expression…

What happens…

when we no longer feel the need
to prove anything
to receive it?

What happens…

when we no longer feel the need
to effort it
into our lives?

What happens…

when we allow it
to experience itself
through us…

in flow?

Something begins to soften.

The urgency…

the pressure…

the constant reaching
for what feels just out of grasp.

And in that softening…

there’s space.

Not empty…

but open.

Movement still happens…

creation still unfolds…

action still takes place…

but it feels different.

Less like force.

More like alignment.

Less like chasing.

More like meeting.

Less like trying to get somewhere…

More like allowing
what’s already moving
to arrive.

Because when nothing needs to be proven…

there’s nothing in the way
of receiving.

And when nothing needs to be forced…

there’s nothing restricting
the flow.

And maybe…

this was never about
getting money to come to us…

but about removing
what made it feel
like it couldn’t.

Not something to earn…

but something to allow.

Let’s be even more clear…

Money doesn’t care about your title.

It doesn’t care how hard you work.

It doesn’t care about your 70-hour work weeks.

It doesn’t care how much time
you’ve sacrificed…
or traded away.

It doesn’t care about your struggle.

And it doesn’t hand out rewards
for effort alone.

It responds to something else.

Every time.

It responds to what you believe.

The stories you carry.

What you expect.

What you feel
you’re allowed to receive.

What you believe you deserve.

What feels safe
to have…
and to keep.

Your relationship to it.

Whether it feels natural…

or whether something in you
still resists it.

Whether the relationship
is healthy…

or quietly…

a little toxic.

What we call ā€œvibrationā€ā€¦

isn’t abstract.

It’s how you feel.

How you relate.

How you show up
when money enters the room.

Your nervous system
when it flows out.

And that…

is what it responds to.

A Different Way

And maybe…

this isn’t about getting it perfect.

Or fixing every pattern overnight.

Maybe it’s simply about noticing…

that we’ve been participating
in this relationship
the whole time.

Consciously…
or not.

And maybe…
it’s always been doing that.

Show money the relationship
you’re ready to live in…

and it will meet you there.
